Health Plans
Your health and benefits needs are personal, so we designed a benefit program just for you.
Minimum Essential Coverage Preventative Plan
If you work more than 17.5 hours per week on average, you are eligible to enroll in a preventative care plan that satisfies the Affordable Care Act’s Individual Mandate. You are eligible on the first of the month following 60 days from 2 consecutive months from working the required hours. Your portion of the premium is deducted from your bank account monthly.
Major Medical Group Plans
You are eligible for a major medical group plan when you are hired for an assignment that is expected to last 13 weeks or longer with an average of 30 or more hours per week. Benefits would start on the first day of the month following a 60-day waiting period.
Alternately, when working a Temporary assignment scheduled to last less than 13 weeks or less than 30 hours per week, you will be eligible for the major medical group plan after a 12-month waiting or "measurement" period when 1,560 or more hours are worked during the 12-month time-frame. Benefits would start on the first day of the 14th month.
Waiting periods start over when there is a gap between assignments of 13 weeks or longer.
You will receive a health care benefit enrollment invitation through email and the Company’s web portal/email once you are eligible for group medical coverage further explaining these benefits and benefit start dates. Other eligibility criteria may apply. Be sure to respond to the invitation when you receive it. Due to changing regulations, all programs, plans and information are subject to change. Further conditions may apply. Remember, selecting a group major medical health plan through the Company means you’re agreeing to have the cost deducted from your paychecks .

Form I-9 / E-Verify Information
E-Verify Participation
The ActOne Group of Companies is proud to participate in E-Verify. E-Verify is a web-based system that allows enrolled employers to confirm the eligibility of their employees to work in the United States. E-Verify employers verify the identity and employment eligibility of newly hired employees by electronically matching the information provided by employees on the Form I-9, Employment Eligibility Verification, against records available to the Social Security Administration (SSA) and the Department of Homeland Security (DHS).
You can view Participation Poster as well as the Right to Work notices in English and Spanish.
Please contact your local branch if you have any Form I-9 and/or E-Verify questions.
